Epic Popcorn Day celebrated with fanfare

Over the past few weeks, students at Engjaskóli have been eagerly competing in at-home reading challenges. The objective was to read as much as possible and record their progress on popcorn tracker sheets, which were then displayed on the wall in the school's entrance hall.
Each grade collected popcorn kernels in jars based on the number of minutes they read, and today we'll conclude the event by popping those kernels and enjoying the popcorn together as a community.
